When you submit a withdrawal request, you'll receive an initial email confirmation that looks like this:
Once your withdrawal is reviewed and sent, you'll get a second email with a TxID:
Didn't get an email? Check your spam folder or verify the email on your MoonX account.
Click the TxID in the email to view on the blockchain.
If the transaction has confirmations, your funds are sent.
If pending, it may be due to network congestion—wait a few more minutes.
Ensure the address is correct.
Make sure it's on the right chain (e.g., SOL for Solana).
Confirm the wallet supports the selected token.
MoonX.bet cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
Sometimes, withdrawals need extra review for:
