Why hasn't my withdrawal arrived?

When you submit a withdrawal request, you'll receive an initial email confirmation that looks like this:

Once your withdrawal is reviewed and sent, you'll get a second email with a TxID:

⛓ Step 2: Track Your Transaction on the Blockchain

Click the TxID in the email to view on the blockchain.

  • Confirmed: Your funds have been sent successfully.

  • Pending: The blockchain network may be experiencing congestion — please allow a few more minutes.

⚠️ Step 3: Double-Check the Wallet Address

  • Ensure the address is correct.

  • Make sure it's on the right chain (e.g., SOL for Solana).

  • Confirm the wallet supports the selected token.

MoonX.bet cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.

🛡 Step 4: Manual Review (Only if applicable)

All withdrawals are processed in real time, unless flagged for AML compliance review. This may occur for:

  • Unusual account activity

  • Regulatory verification

  • Other compliance-related checks

If a manual review is required, you’ll be notified via email.
